66 United Nations — Treaty Series » Nations Unies — Recueil des Traités______1992PART VIIIREHABILITATION AND RECONSTRUCTIONArticle 24The Signatories urge the international community toprovide economic and financial support for the rehabilitationand reconstruction of Cambodia, as provided in a separatedeclaration.PART IZFINAL PROVISIONSArticle 25The Signatories shall, in good faith and in a spirit ofco-operation, resolve through peaceful means any disputes withrespect to the implementation of this Agreement.Article 2$The Signatories request other States, internationalorganizations and other bodies to co-operate and assist in theimplementation of this Agreement and in the fulfilment by UNTACof its mandate.Article 27The Signatories shall provide their full co-operation tothe United Nations to ensure the implementation of its mandate,including by the provision of privileges and immunities, and byfacilitating freedom of movement and communication within andthrough their respective territories.In carrying out its mandate, UNTAC shall exercise duerespect for the sovereignty of all states neighbouringCambodia.Vol. 1663, 1-28613
1992 United Nations — Treaty Series • Nations Unies — Recueil des Traités________67Article 28(1) The Signatories shall comply in good faith with allobligations undertaken in this Agreement and shall extend fullco-operation to the United Nations, including the provision ofthe information which UNTAC requires in the fulfilment of itsmandate.(2) The signature on behalf of Cambodia by the members of theSNC shall commit all Cambodian parties and armed forces to theprovisions of this Agreement.Article 29Without prejudice to the prerogatives of the SecurityCouncil of the United Nations, and upon the request of theSecretary-General, the two Co-Chairmen of the Paris Conferenceon Cambodia, in the event of a violation or threat of violationof this Agreement, will immediately undertake appropriateconsultations, including with members of the Paris Conferenceon Cambodia, with a view to taking appropriate steps to ensurerespect for these commitments.Article 30This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature.Article 31This Agreement shall remain open for accession by allStates. The instruments of accession shall be deposited withthe Governments of the French Republic and the Republic ofIndonesia. For each State acceding to the Agreement it shallenter into force on the date of deposit of its instruments ofaccession. Acceding States shall be bound by the sameobligations as the Signatories.Vol. 1663, 1-28613
