In order to harmonize and monitor the contributions thatwill be made by the international community to thereconstruction of Cambodia after the formation of a governmentfollowing the elections, a consultative body, to be called theInternational Committee on the Reconstruction of Cambodia(ICORC), should be set up at an appropriate time and be open topotential donors and other relevant parties.
