ASM Cairns WrapThe Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists Annual ScientificMeeting is the principal continuing medical education conference aimedat anaesthetists, pain physicians and intensive care specialists in Australasia.This year the event was held at the Cairns Convention Centre fromMay 2-6. The theme of the meeting was “Anaesthesia: Branching Out.”The regional organising committee worked tirelessly to produce a diversescientific program accompanied by a spectacular social program.12The ANZCA Bulletin June 2009
