Theassessment <strong>of</strong> the effectiveness <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Management</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Use</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> in enabling uses to developbeing whether, and the number <strong>of</strong> new uses that develop.Implementation actions proposed in the <strong>Management</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Use</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>This is the level at which monitoring and evaluation is required as the actions and objectivesare defined. The establishment <strong>of</strong> performance indicators such as number <strong>of</strong> public permits,commercial permits, event bookings, and the effectiveness <strong>of</strong> the Black Weir RecreationWorking Group, with quantifiable targets to measure progress are ways in which to monitorand evaluate the <strong>Management</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Use</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>.
