LCCC student and business owner Samantha Logan said that e-portfolios “help you get outthere to your target audience.”“If you are providing a service for a product, this workshop will be very helpful in showing others what you cando,” she said. Call 307-778-4381 to register.Suicide prevention training to be offeredOn Tuesday, April 24, from 2 p.m.–5 p.m. in College Community Center, Room 179, Counseling and CampusWellness will offer another “Gatekeeper Suicide Awareness and Prevention Training.”The training is designed to educate students, faculty and community members on suicide awareness andintervention. The training will cover the warning signs and risks of suicide, protective factors and local, Internetand national resources. Participants will learn how to respond to those who are suicidal as well as learn how tomake referrals to a professional.
