Highly skilled research teamsconduct laboratory work committed to findingbetter ways to treat seriously ill children and adultson a daily basis. TheClinic provides disease management for adultsinfected with HIV in a comfortable outpatientambulatory care setting. Based on a philosophy thatavoidance of hospitalization and optimal health isachieved through preventive care, health educationand in collaboration with other communityresources and local physicians, patients are off e r e deducation, counseling services, assistance inaccessing community resources, nutritionalassessments and health screenings. Additionalservices include HIV testing, participation in clinicaltrials, acupuncture, reiki and neuromuscularmassage.
