Supportivesupervision is not an instrument <strong>for</strong> fault finding but aids in identification of problems, solving them andimproving per<strong>for</strong>mance. It provides an opportunity to the supervisor and <strong>health</strong> workers to identify andaddress weaknesses together, thus preventing poor practices from becoming routine.
