This will include newvolunteers / PHC staff who have not been trained, and staff / volunteers who need more / refresher<strong>training</strong> in weak areasKnow in detail what roles should be played by <strong>health</strong> workers and volunteers, and how they arebeing trained to play these rolesProvide ongoing <strong>training</strong> and capacity building to all PHC staff and volunteersSome MO-PHCs will be trainers in various <strong>training</strong> programsCategory of workers to be trainedThe MO-PHC may be entrusted to train the following cadre of workers. Health Supervisor - PHC (Male / Female) Laboratory Technician – PHC MPW (Male / Female) Voluntary Link Worker (Malaria) ASHA/AWW/volunteers/any other village worker from NGOs or government agenciesThe <strong>training</strong> may be conducted at the PHC or a nearby area where <strong>training</strong> facilities are available. Theparticipant strength <strong>for</strong> each batch of <strong>training</strong> courses may be around 25.84
