No.B1/1616/98, Dt. 6/98.---- : 00 : ---O R D E ROrders were issued in the Government Order first read above forregularization of the encroachments on the Government lands situated in areasnotified as urban in 1991 census and in industrial townships provided theencroacher submits his application within 45 days from the date of issue of theorder subject the conditions stipulated therein.In the G.O. second read above, Government have issued orders forincreasing the income limit from Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- per annum from allsources for the purpose of regularization of encroachments on Government landby land landless poor people by way of house construction.In view of the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of LandRevenue, A.P., Hyderabad vide his letter third read above, the Government havereviewed the matter and decided to enhance the income limit for the landlesspoor family from Rs. 10.000/- to Rs. 11,000/- per annum from all sources for thepurpose of assignment of lands and regularization of encroachments onGovernment lands by way of house constructions under G.O. 1 st read above,keeping the existing instructions in force on land holding criteria. The termsFamily, Landless family and poor family are defined as follows:FamilyLandless Family: Family includes, husband, wife and dependent children. Itdoes not include married daughters and sons.: Family which owns less than Ac. 2050 of wet or Ac. 5.00 ofdry land.54
