ELT battery expires March 2003. Adjusted alternate air door magneticlatch. Installed new forward section ofwing walk material. Complied with Mooney SB 20-229 (fuel cap 0­rings) by installing new o-rings and adjusting caps as required. Tightened cowl flap hinge hardware. Putaircraft on jacks and ran landing gear retraction tests. Checked gear warning hom, lights, tensions, andemergency extension system. Installed new left and right main gear push pull tubes from bell crank to bellcrank due to loose roll pins. Adjusted gear down tensions as required. Adjusted the up stop as required.Checked gear warning hom adjustment. Ran gear through as least eight fault free cycles. All gearoperations were normal. Tightened forward bolt for the pilots control yoke. Installed a new vacuumregulator filter. Serviced and charged the aircraft battery. Cleaned and resealed the fuel strainer. Drainedthe fuel sumps. Adjusted wing trailing edge as required to clear flaps. AD's checked through bi-weekly2000-07.
