Rigged landing gear to spec..(50) Installed flap actuator pn 750105-501 and actuator microswitched 2ea pn JV-5 and 2ea V3-1 with new. Rigged flap system to mooney specs.. (51) Removed lowermain tension bolts in tubular structure and performed water 1corrosion I rust inspection. No water present.No deterioration present. Reinstalled bolts. torqued to spec and safety wired .. (52) Reinstalled all seat beltsafter rewebbing .. (53) Replaced electric standby vacumm pump motor pn 820904-2 with new sn 10AN3264.Replaced standby vacuum pump with new AA3216CW sn N51181 ..(54) Cleaned, inspected andreassembled pilot and co-pilot seat frames.. (58) Replaced ELT Remote Switch battery pn 23-265 with newexpires 6/2012.. (59) Reinstalled OXYGEN BOTTLE after HYDROSTATIC TEST next test due FEBRUARY2011 ..
