Cleaned belly and belly panels of fuselage for inspection. RemovedEL T removed corrosion from battery box and battery contacts and installed new ELT battery. ELT tested inaccordance with FAR 9L207(d)-no defects noted. ELT battery expires March 2011. Removed andinstalled new vacuum regulator filter. Installed new nut missing on co-pilot's mic jack. Complied withMooney SB M20·229 (fuel caps) by removing and replacing inner and outer o-ring seals and adjustingfuel cap locking tensions. Lubricated and verified correct operation of left and right speed brakes. Cleaned,inspected and resealed fuel strainer. Installed new anti chafe tape missing on cowl flap. Serviced andcharged aircraft battery. Placed aircraft onjacks for normal retraction and extension check and emergencyextension tests. Removed, installed new tire and balance nose wheel assembly. Checked gear warning hom,lights, tensions, and emergency extension system. Ran landing gear through at least six fault free cycles-alllanding gear operations were normal. Removed and reinstalled oxygen bottle following hydrostatic test byAero Care, Inc., see Maintenance Release, Work Order No: 3827, dated 09-03-2004. Serviced oxygensystem and checked for leakage-no leakage noted. Vacuumed cabin and interior and cleaned windows.AD's checked through Biweekly 2004-17.
