ELT battery expires March 2011. Removed and installed new vacuum regulator filter. Checkedand verified correct operations ofclutch on rudder trim servo-no defects noted. Performed 200 Hour---I Inspection on speed brakes as outlined in Precise Flight Continued Airworthiness Instructions by cleaning---\ and lubricating worm gear and ring assembly-no defects noted and operational check satisfactory. Cleaned,inspected, resealed, and safetied fuel strainer.
