ELT batteries expire March 2010.Removed the forward section of wing walk material. Sealed two screws for the top fuel panel. Installed anew section of forward wing walk material. Installed new wing fuel tank gauges on each wing. Pressurelubed the propeller control. Put aircraft on jacks and ran landing gear retraction tests. Checked gearwarning horn, lights, tensions, and emergency extension system. Complied with Mooney SB M20-279Cin accordance by installing service kit per service instructions. Installed a new no-back clutch spring.Next spring replacement per M20-52 is due in 1000 hours. Installed a new left main tire and balancedthe left main wheel assembly. Lubed landing gear and flight control system. Ran landing gear through atleast eight fault free cycles. All landing gear operations were normal. Installed a new central gyro air filter.Installed a new vacuum regulator filter. Complied with Mooney SB M20-229 (fuel caps) by installingnew inner and outer o-rings on both fuel caps. Serviced and charged battery. Cleaned and resealed the fuelstrainer. Cleaned windows and vacuumed interior. AD's checked through bi-weekly 2003-14.
