44Dy.E.E.15. The contractor will have to construct shed for storing controlled and valuablematerials issued to him under Schedule „A‟ of the agreement, at work site havingdouble locking arrangement. The materials will then be taken for use in the presenceof the Departmental person. No material will be allowed to be removed from the siteof works.16. The contractors shall also give a list of machinery in their own/hire and which theypropose to use on the work.17. Successful tenderer shall have to produce to the satisfaction of the accepting authoritya valid and current license issued in his favour under the provisions of ContractLabour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1973 before starting the work.
