11-511.5 Computing StationIf the value is all normal, each input of the computing station shows the following normal values in thetable.Mark of input dataNormal indicationNON-CORR. DENSITYSame as density meter*: When pre-heating circuit does not exist, 0 to 100% is almost in proportion to 0 - (the highest level WI value inthe measurement range).When preheating exists, about 20 to 100% is almost in proportion to 0 - (The highest level WI value of themeasurement range).The lamps of both alarm and fail of the computing station are lighted in the following case.1) Lighting of the alarm lamp. (Yellow color)It lights when the input or output signal is cut off. But in this case, the computing inside the stationis kept working. Change to Alarm display (refer to Figure 6.14), and examine the cause of thealarm lamp lighting.2) Lighting of the fail lamp (Red color)The lighting of the fail lamp means an occurrence of an abnormal trouble produced insidethe instrument. When a fail occurs, the analog output and status output reserve the value justbe<strong>for</strong>e the occurrence of the failure. Such preservation power has a tendencying of decreasinggradually along with the lopse of the time.Also, the alarm lamp lights when the operation of the pressure adjustment <strong>for</strong> the gas, air line,but the lighting when other than under the time of measurement is not abnormal.11.6 Other TroubleshootingCheck and deal with measures mentioned in paragraph 11.1 to 11.5. As to the trouble not mentionedin this manual, contact to our service personnel. The replacement parts shall be ready <strong>for</strong> your serviceas per details mentioned in the “Replacement Parts” in next paragraph 12.IM 11R02A01-02E
