Master Problem List• Once the assessment is completed, NHIPPSwill allow you to create a system- generatedtreatment plan that may contain numerousproblems revealed in the assessment process.• The goal of the first draft or version of thetreatment plan is to set up a working plan sothat you and your client can begin to worktogether to improve his or her condition.
