(i)(ii)The Postpaid 1 Day Pass 100MB and 1 Day Pass 500MB are categorised and referred toas “Postpaid Time Based Passes”The Postpaid Quota Upgrade of 50MB, 100MB, 200MB, 500MB and 1.0GB arecategorised and referred to as “Postpaid Quota Upgrade Passes”The Postpaid Quota Upgrade Passes are only available for customers who have subscribed formonthly passes. Customers who have subscribed for monthly passes may, at any one timepurchase (in addition to the monthly pass already subscribed for) a Postpaid Time Based Pass, aPostpaid Quota Upgrade Pass or both (concurrently).The order of utilisation of the volume entitlement shall be as follows, the volume entitlement ofitem (i) being the first to be exhausted, followed by that of item (ii) and finally, that of item (iii):(i)(ii)(iii)Postpaid Time Based Passes;Postpaid Quota Upgrade Passes;Postpaid monthly passes/packages.Notwithstanding the above, the pay-per-use charges for the continued use by postpaid subscribersof any of the above data packages exceeding the time/ volume quota as specified above, shall besubject to a maximum monthly cap of RM250.The rates outlined in the above table do not account for usages while on an overseas roamingnetwork.Also while the Postpaid customer is on data roaming, each data session is split evenly on both thehome network as well as the overseas roaming network. Therefore the Postpaid customer willincur data charges for both the local leg within the <strong>Maxis</strong> network and again for the same usageson the overseas roaming network.C.
