IPD Resistor SeriesPASSIVE MICRO-COMPONENTSPrecision Laser Trimmable Resistor NetworksTo provide designers with miniaturization, integration, and precision tolerance, AVX nowoffers thin film SiCr low and high voltage (1000V) ball grid array (BGA), land grid array (LGA),or gold or aluminum wire bondable resistor networks. Offering industry leading SiCr materialwith the unique properties of very high resistivity and tailorable TCR, AVX thin film resistorsoffer advantages designers need and demand. Customers can select resistor values from 47ohmsto 20megaohms, and TCRs from +25 to 250 ppm.
