CWR15 SeriesMilitary Qualified TACmicrochip CAPACITORSThe CWR15 tantalum capacitor takes advantage of the AVX TACmicrochip technology, tomanufacture the smallest military qualified tantalum capacitor. The AVX CWR15 is currentlyproduced in three standard case sizes, 1206, 0805 and 0603. The AVX process allows forminiaturization without the loss of capacitance. SRC9000 SeriesSpace Level Tantalum CapacitorAVX SRC9000 surface mount tantalum capacitors are designed and built to meet the highreliability and long term requirements of military and space applications. The SRC9000capacitors meet all of the requirements of Mil-PRF-55365 and include DPA sample testing tosupport the requirements of MIL-STD-1580.
