Available ceramic types includeNP0, X5R, X7R and X8R with a voltage range from 6.3V to 5000V. Low inductance and otherspeciality series of MLCC can also be supplied. APS SeriesHigh Reliability MLCCAs part of our on-going support for high reliability customers, <strong>AVX</strong> has launched the APSseries which is qualified and manufactured in accordance with the AEC-Q200 standard. Eachproduction batch is quality tested to an enhanced requirement and shipped with a certificate ofconformance. On a quarterly basis a reliability package is issued to all APS customers. A detailedqualification package is available on request which contains results on a range of part numbersincluding:• X7R dielectric components containing BME electrode andcopper terminations with a Ni/Sn plated overcoat.• X7R dielectric components BME electrode and softterminations with a Ni/Sn plated overcoat (FLEXITERM).• X7R for Hybrid applications.• NP0 dielectric components containing Pd/Ag electrode andsilver termination with a Ni/Sn plated overcoat.We are also able to support customers who require AEC-Q200 grade components finishedwith tin/lead.CAPACITORSApplications:• Hybrid applications• Military COTS+ applicationsKey Features/Benefits:• AEC-Q200 qualified components forhigh reliability, military/aerospacecustomers41
