Wellworks Facilities14 | Orange County Government Employee HandbookTo use the fitness equipment at any of the 10 WellWorks locations (3 unstaffedWellWorks Express sites, 7 Parks community sites), a Membership Applicationis required for each member. A Medical Clearance is also required for those45 years of age and over, those who are pregnant, or anyone who has a history ofhigh cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes or heart disease. Applications and MedicalClearance Forms are available on the intranet. WellWorks Express locations areunstaffed and accessible by proximity card only.
