TROLLEYSThese are used for connecting and supplying powerfor 25A – 40A – 80A or 160A three-phase loads (in thecoupled version); their features include:• The trolleys are equipped with 5 graphite brushes(3L+N+PE) which, due to the spring action, keep thecorrect pressure on the conductors enabling themto pick up current from the line while the trolley ismoving (travelling) inside the TS busbar.• The trolleys can be coupled with a mechanical joint soas to pickup twice the rated current of a single trolley.• The trolley is coupled to the motor with a “drive arm”which receives the movement from the same electricmotor supplying power to it.• The drive arms are connected to the trolleys withspecial springs which reduce the acceleration(so-called “sudden pulls”) when starting up and whenbraking;• Maximum travelling speed of the trolleys is 90 m/min(150 m/min for the MTS 63A).• Availability, on request, of a box with a set of threefuse carriers, used as an accessory, to protect the cablefrom overcurrents.• compliance with all insulating plastic componentsaccording to the glow-wire test (IEC 60695-2-10) withV1 self-extinguishing degree (UL94).• Standard IP20 degree of protection without usingadditional accessories.40A trolleyMRMEDIUM RATINGTSTROLLEY SYSTEMGENERAL FEATURES113LOW-MEDIUM POWER GENERALCATALOGO CONDOTTI CATALOGUESBARRE
