If you are in a high security facility, discipline is different from a mediumsecurity facility.Consequences for High Restriction FacilitiesMajor Disciplinary Consequences (requires you to get a Level II dueprocess hearing)(A)(B)Major Suspension of Privileges – If this happens, you loseall privileges for 30 days. This can be used for major ruleviolations or minor rule violations where you got sent tosecurity.Loss of Transition Eligibility – If you haven’t finished yourminimum length of stay, this consequence makes you serveanother month in high restriction before you can go to amedium restriction facility. This can only be issued if it isproven through a Level II hearing that you committed assaultcausing bodily injury or certain sexual misconduct.Minor Disciplinary Consequences(A)(B)Suspension of Privileges by Multi-Disciplinary Team – Thisis where you can lose one or more privileges for up to 14 daysor have your privileges adjusted to a lower stage. Thisconsequence can be for major or minor rule violations.On-Site Suspension of Privileges – This is where you loseone privilege for up to seven days or all privileges for up tothree days.
