The Board of Directors is presided over by a President and the minutes of the meetings arewritten by a Secretary, both of them being appointed by the President and Legal Representativeof the ULK Association.The Internal Regulations of this council is conceived and approved by its members.The Board of Directors meets four times a year.6.3. The Academic SenateThe academic Senate is an organ which examines questions related to the academic life of theuniversity, namely teaching and research. It is composed by the following members:- The Rector of ULK, who is its chairman;- The Vice-rectors of ULK among whom the Vice-rectors academic who act as Vice-President and reporters;- The Deans of faculties;- The Directors ;- The Heads of Departments;- A full professor per faculty elected by his peers ;- A Student by faculty elected by his/her peers;- A lecturer per faculty elected by his/her peers;- The commissioner to the academic affairs of the ULK student General Association.6.4. The Executive CouncilThe Executive council assumes the daily administration and management of the University. It iscomposed at least by the following members:- The Rector of ULK;- The Vice-Rectors;- The Deans of Faculty;- The Directors ;- The Heads of Departments.6.5. The Council of FacultyThe Faculty Council studies all questions related to teaching and research in the faculty. It ismade of the following members:
