IntroductionEvery witness who comes to testify in a trial, in aCourt of Law, gives their testimony. What is astoundingabout Christ’s testimony is how He came to witnessThe Word of Truth and to give grace. Just beforeJesus was crucified to pay for The Sins of The World,He said, “Now is the judgment of this world: now shallthe prince of this world be cast out” (John 12:31). Inthis coming trial, Satan will no longer be allowed tobe the prosecutor of this world. Furthermore, he willno longer be allowed before God’s throne. Judgmentsare brought before a King’s throne. From that time,there was no need for a court. The King watched,then, gave a judgment when needed.Job was a righteous man but Satan accused him. Jobdid have lessons to learn, but they caused him manypenalties. After Christ paid for everyone’s sins, Satancould no longer come before God’s court and accuseany of God’s people. From that time on, Satan becameThe Devil – “a destroyer of The People of God”(II Corinthians 4:4). “And I, if I be lifted up [crucified]from the earth [to God], will draw all men to me” (John12:32). This is a wonderful promise that you need tounderstand and expect in the future. Satan can no longeraccuse God’s people of sin. Jesus, in His testimony,is telling you a prophecy about how He will draw thewhole world to Himself. Jesus truly came to pay forthe sins of everyone and to heal The World from thepenalty of their sins. Once you begin to understandthe truth, Jesus will heal you (Matthew 13:15).
