That is why Godsaid, “I form the light and create darkness: I make peaceand create evil: I the Lord do all these things” (Isaiah45:7). “Evil” in Hebrew means “to harm.” When Godflooded the world in Noah’s day, He killed mankind,but He did not murder them.
