MISSION STATEMENT<br />
The Cleveland County <strong>Fair</strong> Incorporated is a public service organization assisting in the development<br />
of the agricultural, educational and cultural resources of the county. It encourages<br />
students in agricultural, homemaking studies and clubs to improve every facet of life. The fair<br />
encourages honorable community and citizen involvement. It includes wholesome family enjoyment<br />
and entertainment. All profits are used for these purposes. The fair is licensed by the<br />
North Carolina Department of Agriculture.<br />
