RELEASE: Friday, Oct. 2, <strong>2015</strong>, at 8 p.m.<br />
n Please use a separate entry form for each show. For example, do<br />
not list junior dairy cattle and junior beef cattle on the same entry form.<br />
n Important: No entries will be accepted after Sept. 16. Exhibitors<br />
removing their animals from the barn prior to the posted release time<br />
shall forfeit all premiums.<br />
n Make your entries early using the entry form at the back of this<br />
book or online at www.ClevelandCounty<strong>Fair</strong>.com. Space is assigned in<br />
the order entries are received, and the show is limited to available tie<br />
space which is 100 head.<br />
n No fee is required for entry in the junior show. However, junior<br />
entries in the open show are subject to a $5 per head entry fee.<br />
n Please remit fees payable to the “Cleveland County <strong>Fair</strong>” with your<br />
entry form(s).<br />

See the director for admission and parking pass at check-in.<br />
n Vehicles and trailers must be moved to the special livestock parking<br />
area outside the gate immediately after unloading.<br />

Guidelines<br />
NEW RULE: NO STRAW — NO EXCEPTIONS<br />
Cleveland County <strong>Fair</strong> will provide dry shavings.<br />
1. In order to compete, the exhibitor must be capable of showing<br />
animals without assistance in the show ring.<br />
2. Open to junior exhibitors 5-21 years of age (as of show date) residing<br />
in North Carolina and South Carolina.<br />
3. Junior exhibitors must have fitted, cared for and been in possession<br />
of their entries for 30 days prior to the show.<br />
4. Exhibitors must present a health certificate dated within 60 days<br />
of the opening date of the fair (see livestock health regulations on page<br />
20).<br />
