I was doing a search of Mt. Airy, for our upcoming Vacation in July, and found your
radio station. I love the Music your station plays, and I think it is the station I listened
to years ago before I retired from Trucking. In the mid 1980s I ran a load of
explosives every week out of Dayton Ohio, to either Charlotte NC, or Winston Salem
NC. and would come back to the Northern part of NC to find something to haul back
North.
I am really looking forward to coming back to Mt.Airy, and see how much has
changed. I used to go up 52 to Fancy Gap, and get on I-77, that was a pretty good
climb in a heavy semi, and more fun to come down the hill. Very Beautiful country you
have there, and I really enjoy listening over the internet to your station.
Keep up the good work!
P.S. If I could get my wife to move, we would be living in the Mt. Airy
