2013 OLA TOURNAMENT GUIDELINESUpon completion of tournament, make sure the host convenor is ensures that the followinginformation is sent to the OLA office within seven (7) days:o All Game Sheetso <strong>Tournament</strong> Summary Sheeto Fine Sheetso Discipline Committee Reporto Special Incident ReportsThe host organization will provide a currently carded Level 3 OLA <strong>Tournament</strong> RIC.The host will be responsible for enforcing MR7.12 (a) the sale or provision of alcoholic beverages orspirits by the sponsoring club or hosting organization at any minor event sanctioned by the Corporation isprohibited. Disciplinary action will be taken by the Board of Directors on any violation of this regulation.Only OLA game sheets are to be used for all tournaments. All game sheets must be numbered and filledout clearly and concisely and as follows:ooooooowith players in numerical order according to sweatersthe first and last name of all players must be printed legiblyteam captain and/or assistant captains must be indicated beside their nameidentify all call up players by their divisionall game sheets must be initialled by the host organization once completedat conclusion of game, both referees must sign the game sheetany incidents must be reported to the host convenor immediatelyProvide a 3 panel discipline committee. This committee will be made up of three of the followingfour delegates – Host Convenor/OLA Rep/Zone Director/<strong>Tournament</strong> RIC/Club Executive Member.DISCIPLINE PROCEDURESALL INFRACTIONS ARE TO BE DEALT WITH AT THE TOURNAMENT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF‘MATCH PENALTY – ABUSE OF AN OFFICIAL’ THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE A SUSPENSIONUNTIL DEALT WITH BY THE OLA.ALL major penalties are to be handled by the discipline committee. This committee will be made up ofthree of the following four delegates1. OLA Designate2. Zone Director or designate3. Referee-in-Chief4.
