are sold, stored, bought, exchanged, baled, packed, sorted disassembled or handled for more thanfifteen (15) days.LANDSCAPE: Sodded, seeded, and/or shrubbed materials or areas on a lot or tract of land.LOADING SPACE: An off-street space or berth on the same lot with a building or contiguousto a group of buildings, for the temporary parking of a commercial vehicle while loading orunloading merchandise or materials, and which abuts upon a street, alley, or other appropriatemeans of access.LOT: A piece, parcel, or plot of land occupied or intended to be occupied by a principal buildingor a group of such buildings and accessory uses, including such open space and frontage on apublic street as required by these regulations.LOT AREA: The computed area contained within the lot lines. W<strong>here</strong> the lot has beenconveyed to the center of the street the area of the lot lying within the established right-of-wayshall not be included as part of the lot area for the purpose of these regulations.LOT, CORNER: A lot at the junction of and abutting upon two (2) intersecting streets.LOT COVERAGE: The portion of the lot area that is covered by any buildings.LOT DEPTH: The mean horizontal distance between the right-of-way line of the street and t<strong>here</strong>ar lot line.LOT, DOUBLE FRONTAGE: A lot having frontage on two (2) nonintersecting streets.LOT FRONTAGE: The width of the lot shall never be less than the required road frontage, tothe building line. (Amended eff. 5/22/93)LOT, INTERIOR: A lot other than a corner lot.LOT LINES: The property lines defining the limits of a lot.LOT LINE, FRONT: The line separating a lot from the street on which it fronts and/or towwhich it is addressed.LOT LINE, REAR: The line opposite and most distant from the front lot line.LOT LINE, SIDE: Any lot line other than the front or rear lot line; a side lot line separating a lotfrom the street is called a side street lot line; a side lot line separating a lot from another lot orlots is called an interior side lot line.LOT OF RECORD: A lot which is part of a subdivision, the map of which has been recorded inthe office of the <strong>Stark</strong> <strong>County</strong> Recorder; or a parcel of land the deed to which has been on recordon or prior to the effective date of these regulations.MANUFACTURE: The process of making something from raw or semi-finished materialswhether by hand or by mechanized process. Making in these regulations also includesproducing, assembling, fabricating, alloying metal and chrome plating.MANUFACTURED HOME: Means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which inthe traveling mode is 8 body feet or more in width or 40 body feet or more in length, or, whenerected on site, is 320 or more square feet, and which is built on a permanent chassis anddesigned to be used as dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when connected to t<strong>here</strong>quired utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systemscontained t<strong>here</strong>in; except that such term shall include any structure which meets all the14
