Cracks or honeycombsshall be repaired using suitable cement mortar.DAMPENAll concrete and cement substrates shall be saturatedwith clean water before applying Boscolastic waterproofcoating. No freestanding water is present duringapplication.MIXINGEmpty liquid component in a clean mixing container, andslowly add the Power component whilst stirring using aslow speed (500-600 rpm) heavy-duty electric drill with asuitable paddle. Minimal amount of water may be addedto ease application only when necessary. Water test canbe ducted after the same duration.It is recommended to keep each coat at a wet filmthickness of 1 mm and no more than 1.5 mm.CURINGThe finished Boscolastic waterproofing must be protectedfrom rapid drying. Curing of Boscolastic shall be at least24 hours before trafficking, to yield optimum strength.CLEAN-UPAll tools, equipments and surrounding areas can becleaned with clean water before the products sets.Hardened material has to be mechanically removed.PACKAGINGBoscolastic is packed in 35 kg set.COVERAGEApprox. 17m 2 /35 kg at 2 coats coverage, subjected tosubstrate condition and wastages.STORAGEBoscolastic has a shelf life of at least 12 months. Store allmaterials in a cool dry place, in an elevated condition.PRECAUTION• Never apply more than 4 kg/m 2 of Boscolastic inone single layer.• Never apply onto substrates with bitumen andpolyurethane coating finishes.• Apply only to clean, sound substrates – surfacesshould be well dampened but free of surface waterand leaks.• Boscolastic is not a decorative treatment.
