Recommended forapplication in food processing plants, commercialkitchens, hospitals, fast food outlets and any other areawhere a high strength, chemical resistant adhesive andgrout is required. Donot leave water standing in joints. Do not clean tiles withacid cleaners. The grout joint should be at least 2mmwide and have a minimum depth of 4mm.MIXINGMechanical mixing is recommended. Add all contents ofColourant into Part A and mix thoroughly to ensure fulldispersion; then mix by volume, 2 parts of Part A with 1part of Part B. Once liquids are fully blended, add powdergradually (approximately 8 parts powder) with constantstirring. Once fully mixed, the product should have a semidry consistency.PowderColourantOff white coarse powerRange of 6 coloursAPPLICATIONAfter mixing, pour all the mixed material onto the workingarea. Do not leave the mass of mixed Megagrout <strong>HD</strong> inthe container since it will get hot and shorten the workingtime. Removeexcess material by scrapping the perimeter of the groutjoint.Start cleaning within 20 minutes of application of theMegagrout <strong>HD</strong> using a scouring pad, warm water anddetergent. Clean residual grout by rubbing the surface ofthe tile diagonally across the grout joints. To rinse, usethe same process using a stiff sponge and clean water.detergent and water for cleaning hands. Ensureadequate ventilation and avoid inhaling vapours. Keepaway from children. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.Give plenty of milk or water and seek medical advice. Do not freeze.PRECAUTION• Not recommended for grouting damp or wet joints• Do not use where the temperatures is likely to dropbelow 5 o C during the curing of Megagrout <strong>HD</strong>.HEALTH AND SAFETYAvoid contact with skin and eyes. <strong>Bostik</strong> recommend theuse of dustmasks, eye protection, barrier cream andwearing of gloves when handling this product.
