The Entrance Examinations for prospective 1 st year pupils for PASCAL EnglishSchool will take place on Wednesday 3 rd April, 2013 at the following times: English 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm Mathematics 4:45 pm - 6:15 pmNote (1) Pupils, who successfully pass the Entrance Examinations and proceedwith registration for the 1 st Year at our School, will also have to take adiagnostic test in Greek on a date which will be announced at a later stage.2. (a) Those interested in taking the examinations must register at the School’s officebetween 7:15 am – 4:15 pm from Monday – Friday.(b)Upon registration a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate together with tworecent photographs must be provided to the secretary.(c) The Entrance Examination fee is €30.(d)The Guide to Entrance Examinations can be downloaded from the school’swebsite www.pascal.ac.cy which contains all the information regarding the newstructure of the examination papers.

B. RESULTS OF EXAMINATIONS – SCHOOL REGISTRATIONS 2013/2014(a) The results will be published on the school website on Monday 8 th April 2013.Registrations will commence on the same day and continue up until Thursday25 th April.(b) The candidate number is printed on the receipt issued upon registration for theentrance examinations and it should be written on the examination papersbelow the name and the surname. The personal password (yellow sticker) alsoon the receipt can be used, together with the candidate number, to access theresults on the school website.Upon registration an amount of €1,500 must be paid (per student), for the following: € 200 Registration Fee €1,230 Towards Tuition Fees € 30 Annual subscription fee for the Parents’ Association € 40 Annual subscription fee for the Pupil’s Welfare Fund.C. SCHOLARSHIPSBased on the Entrance Examination results and/or personal interviews, a total of sixscholarships will be awarded.Two Full Scholarships - 100% discount on tuition feesTwo Scholarships - 50% discount on tuition feesTwo Scholarships - 25% discount on tuition feesNote (1) The scholarship will apply for the entire duration of the pupil’s academic careerat PASCAL English School provided the pupil meets the school’s regulations.Note (2)Scholarships will only be awarded to students who achieve the followinggrades as determined by the entrance examinations regulations: 100% Scholarship - minimum grade 190/200 50% Scholarship - minimum grade 180/200 25% Scholarship - minimum grade 170/200
