Tickets can be booked at the DarExpress counter at the airport, or at the Dar Express terminal at the Ubungo Bus Terminal in the city. Ticketsshould cost no more than $20 / 25,000 TZS.Expected cost of flights: £600-1,20017: BOOKING YOUR OWN FLIGHTSIf you choose to book your own flights and meet our team in Tanzania, there are different options when itcomes to choosing which airport to fly into. Please see below for some more information on these options.Regardless of which option you choose, we recommend you book your flights no later than 3 months beforethe start of your climb. Some routes can sell out quickly, meaning prices increase sharply - especially duringpeak trekking season.FLIGHTS INTO KILIMANJARO AIRPORTWe recommend flying directly to Kilimanjaro Airport. The team hotel is a shorttaxi ride from the airport, and you can jump into a taxi outside the airportterminal, but be sure to agree a fare beforehand.Expected cost of flights: £600-1,200PLEASE NOTEIf you are booking your own flights, your services with Rare Adventures will start when you arrive at the teamhotel on the first day of the itinerary, and end on Day 8 of the itinerary.
