A 2 x 3 factorial feeding trial including 3 levels of iron (100, 200, and 300 mg/kg diet) and 3 levelsof zinc (30, 110, and 190 mg/kg diet) was conducted to determine the optimum dietary iron andzinc supplemental levels in juvenile cobia, <strong>Rachycentron</strong> <strong>canadum</strong>. The fish (initial average weight7.0g) were stocked into 0.3 m 3 plastic tanks at a rate of 13 individuals per tank and fed the diets for56 days with triplication. There were significant differences in survival, weight gain, total red bloodcell count, iron concentration in muscle, and zinc and iron levels in bone and liver in cobia fed thediets containing different iron and zinc levels (P
