Use the spigot wrench 282 661.
Rear shell view
1 Slide the nuts and braid clamp onto the cable.
Be careful : the backshe/1 can only be mounted one
way round, so ensure that cables are located in correct
cavity A or B.
2 Feed the cable through the outlet of the backshell.
3 Strip and terminate the cable.
4 Fit the contacts into the insert module.
5 Install the insert module into the connector shell.
6 Apply some thread lock onto the accessory thread of
the connector shell.
7 Mount the backshell onto the rear of the connector.
Ensure that the locking screw is correctly position ned
on the polarizing key accessory thread.
8 Screw and tighten the locking screw with the spigot
wrench.
9 Equally distribute the ends of the braids into the slots
of the threaded collar.
10 Position the nuts.
11 Align the four lugs of the nut into the four slot of threaded
collar.
12 Screw and tighten nuts.
