2012 is an “All New” circus! We are using
a new producer, with fresh new acts and
an original theme for this year. Circus
promotional materials have been updated,
and the television spots will be the best
ever. I will let you know as more
performance details become available. You

Circus Meeting
The next Circus Team Meeting will be
Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 5:00pm. We
will meet in the Shrine offices’
conference room. Lost Spur food
and beverage services will probably
not be available that night, so plan
accordingly.
Pennants, Plaques,
Tickets and
Advertising
The sales season is open for
pennants, plaques, tickets and
advertising! Any Club, Unit, Noble
or Lady can participate. The goal
this year is for every Noble to sell
two of anything, be it two tickets or two
HURRY! HURRY! HURRY!

Daddy

You should have
received your Circus Mommy and Daddy
letter last month. I have already seen
many of the new Mommy and Daddy
pins being worn. For the fourth year in a
row, Russ Meister was the first to respond.
If your Mommy-Daddy mailing got lost
in the snow, just let me know.
Ticket Sales
Ticket sales
to the public
via phone
and internet
will
officially
begin in
February.
Although our
main advertising
campaign does not start until March, we
have loyal customers who will be on our
website as soon as it opens! Our on-line
customers are able to pick their own seats
and even print their tickets at home. Of
course, phone sales are still be available
too.
Bicycles
Clubs, Units and Shrine businesses
have sponsored 10 of the 12 bicycles that
we purchase for the circus and the Shrine
Picnic. Your club or unit could be the
one to “put us over the top”! Give me a
call to sponsor the very last bike!
