Red Cross Homeward Bound
Provides services to seniors who require assistance in returning
home after a hospital stay or Emergency Room trip. There is no
cost to the client for transportation home, 7 hours of support for
home management and assistance with daily living for those
who do not have the resources.
Red Cross Transportation
Provides transportation for the frail, elderly and disabled in the
community. The service is for those unable to use public
transportation or private means. We provide reliable
transportation to and from medical appointments, shopping, and
rehabilitation programs.
