law Moratorium
• suspension of the enforcement of the by-law provisions for
2012
• chairs and benches be used for seating purposes only (no
table service)
•Use of 1/3 of the sidewalk to a maximum of 3 feet so as not
to impede pedestrians and motorized scooters, etc;
• drawing or picture submitted and approved by the B.I.A.
