of clothing and wearing apparel of
all kinds, tailors, drapers, hosiers, milliners, costumiers,
hatters, furriers, glovers, silk, cotton,
cloth and lace merchants, haberdashers, portmanteau
makers and general outfitters and dealers
in india-rubber and waterproof goods, umbrellas,
walking sticks, ornaments, toilet requisites,
perfumery, soap, and any other articles,
commodities, marchandise or things necesseary
for the purposes of the Company, under the
name of "G. & H. Furs Ine.", with a tota capital
stock of $20,000.00, divided into 200 shares of
$100.00 each.
The head office of the Company will be at
Montreal, in the District of Montreal.

this fifth day of October, 1945.
