Nobili è oggi una realtà sempre più accogliente, moderna e strutturata.
Parallelamente all’innovazione di prodotto la Nobili guarda, infatti, anche
all’organizzazione della propria attività, affinché ogni fase del processo
produttivo possa contare su adeguate strutture all’avanguardia.
Dopo il nuovo look della facciata, ultimato alla fine del 2011, la Nobili
ha avviato un processo di restyling che ha interessato anche le linee
di produzione secondo concetti molto innovativi. Alla riorganizzazione
della struttura ha contribuito, inoltre, l’ampliamento della superficie
con l’acquisizione, nel luglio 2012, di ulteriori 10 mila metri di terreno
confinanti con l’azienda, dei quali 1.000 mq coperti, per una superficie
complessiva attuale di 48 mila mq. Un ampliamento che consente alla
Nobili di ottimizzare le fasi del ciclo produttivo e di attivare allo stesso
tempo nuovi servizi a disposizione dei clienti e della rete di vendita.
“Tra questi – afferma Guido Rossi, direttore della Nobili – l’area dedicata
alla formazione, un’attività strategica per lo sviluppo dei prodotti
e dei servizi al cliente”.
“E’ il cliente – continua Rossi – a determinare ciò che è di reale utilità
al mercato e per questo diventa fondamentale un interscambio di informazioni
per adattare la gamma alle esigenze del mercato. La nostra
filosofia aziendale riserva da anni grande importanza agli investimenti

struttura per la formazione, il progetto della nuova area prevede un
ambiente dedicato allo sviluppo dei prototipi ed un campo prove
dove verranno testate le attrezzature Nobili, oltre ad uno show room
permanente delle stesse attrezzature.

After the new look of the facade, completed at the end of 2011, Nobili

to very innovative concepts. A contribution to structure reorganization
came also from the expansion of its surface with the acquisition,
in July 2012, of further 10,000 sqm of land adjacent to the company

Lean Production
UNA produzione PIU EFFICIENTE
Per affrontare al meglio il mercato la Nobili nel 2011 ha avviato
un progetto di rinnovamento che porta il nome di “Lean Production”.
Si tratta di un modello di organizzazione aziendale
all’avanguardia, in grado di ottimizzare il sistema produttivo, il
tutto gestendo l’attività al massimo dell’efficienza e apportando
continui miglioramenti.
“Il sistema Lean Production - spiega Giancarlo rossi, coordinatore
del progetto attuato alla Nobili - permette di continuare a
realizzare produzioni di alta qualità, ottimizzando le risorse ed i
tempi produttivi, al fine di migliorare la competitività dei prodotti
Nobili sul mercato. Ciò attraverso un’ottimizzazione del lavoro,
dell’organizzazione e l’eliminazione di tutti gli sprechi, sia in termini
di materiali che, soprattutto, di tempo”. Avviato nel 2011, il
progetto Lean Production ha riguardato tre aree di intervento
della produzione Nobili: l’area di montaggio delle attrezzature
più richieste dal mercato, dunque quelle caratterizzate da
maggiore turn over, l’area di saldatura dei rotori, fase particolarmente
critica del processo produttivo, e la programmazione
della produzione.
“La riorganizzazione delle tre aree - spiega Giancarlo Rossi -
ha migliorato sia l’aspetto estetico delle zone di produzione, in
particolare per quanto riguarda le aree di montaggio delle trince,
sia l’efficienza del ciclo di produzione innalzandola, nel caso dei
robot di saldatura, in alcune fasi fino anche al 90%.
Per quanto riguarda, invece, la programmazione della produzione,
è stato adottato un sistema
di tipo “pull” dove il flusso di
informazioni parte dalle richieste
del cliente, per arrivare a ritroso
sul ciclo produttivo. In tal modo
viene garantita una programmazione
perfettamente in linea
con le necessità del mercato in
termini di prodotto e di tempistica”.
Ad assicurare l’efficienza
del progetto “Lean Production”
è, inoltre, il fatto che si tratta di
un modello di organizzazione
aziendale che coinvolge tutto
il personale. “Al centro del processo
– continua Giancarlo Rossi
– ci sono i singoli addetti, che
mettono in evidenza eventuali
difficoltà e suggeriscono migliorie,
diventando così protagonisti ed artefici dei nuovi cambiamenti.
Fin da subito abbiamo notato un totale coinvolgimento
di tutti i dipendenti, che hanno risposto positivamente a questa
iniziativa volta al cambiamento del modo di produrre”.
La ristrutturazione del resto è stata affiancata da un programma
formativo per istruire il personale sull’importanza, l’utilità e sulle

piccoli accorgimenti sia possibile ottenere grandi risultati. “Grazie
al progetto Lean Production - conclude Rossi - la Nobili si

di macchine sempre più performanti, innovative e di qualità”.

To face the market at best, in 2011 Nobili began a renovation
project that bears the name of “Lean Production”.
It’s a vanguard business organization model, optimizing the
production system, by managing the activity at peak efficiency
and making continuous improvements.
“Lean Production system – explains Giancarlo Rossi, coordinator

robots area, at some stages also up to 90%.
Concerning the production planning, a “pull” system has
been adopted, where the information flow starts from customer
requirements, to get back to the production cycle. In this
way a planning perfectly in line with market needs is guaranteed,
in terms of product and timing”. To ensure the efficiency
of “Lean Production” project is also the fact that it is a model
of business organization involving
all personnel. “At the heart

employees, highlighting possible

Right from the beginning we have

The restructuring has been
accompanied by a training program to instruct staff on the importance
and usefulness of the new organization, as well as
its methods, highlighting how you can achieve great results
by using small expedients. “Thanks to the Lean Production

presenza di uno o due convogliatori posteriori alla trincia,
che, tramite coclee, trasportano i residui della trinciatura
lateralmente ai piedi delle piante depositandoli in uno strato
soffice. Una delle caratteristiche più interessanti dell’SDS
è la regolazione idraulica della velocità delle coclee, che
permette di adattare il flusso di uscita del materiale
trinciato alla velocità di avanzamento della trattrice e

Specialist in mulched stubble
The Nobili SDS - Side Delivery System - gives the possibility
to create in vineyards and orchards, in combination with
a quick cleaning of the inter-row area, a mulched stubble
layer in the underplant. The patented device is realized by
the presence of one or two rear conveyors fitted to the mulcher,
which by means of augers carry the shredding residues
sideways under the plants depositing a soft mulched
layer. One of the most interesting features of the SDS is the
hydraulic adjustment of the auger speed: it allows adapting
the output flow of the shredded material to the tractor
speed and to the grass height. The Nobili SDS is availa-

Thanks to its reinforced and protruding part, conceived to create an enlarged abutment
surface thus avoiding damage in case of an accidental shock on the rotor tube, this new
hammer ensures a high resistance and a very long life service. When the hammer hits the
outer surface of the rotor, the stresses are in fact distributed over this surface, avoiding any
dents or breaks of the hammer.

A mulcher suitable for low-power tractors from 35 up to
65 HP. It’s the new Nobili BE, a machine that combines
compact design with a professional concept, underlined
by innovative construction solutions and the use

Con la nuova gamma WS BIO, la Nobili anticipa la risposta
alle esigenze del settore delle colture da biomassa con
una soluzione altamente professionale ed innovativa.
La serie WS BIO è, infatti, ideale per la trinciatura di
colture dedicate da biomassa quali arundo donax, panico,
miscanto e sorgo da fibra. Di tipo semiportato e applicabile
ai tre punti del sollevatore anteriore o posteriore di trattori
a guida retroversa, la gamma WS BIO in lavoro appoggia
su un rullo che ne regola l’altezza di lavoro.
E’ dotata, inoltre, di un telaio abbattitore e di un
cofano frontale mobile con rullo - entrambi regolabili
idraulicamente - che favoriscono l’introduzione delle
canne ancora in piedi all’interno della camera di trinciatura. Grazie ad una

The Nobili PRO mulchers have been conceived for the professional landscape
maintenance, for shredding grass, shrubs, for cleaning roadsides and
green areas also on steep slopes.
Multi-purpose and strong, the PRO mulchers are built with high-resistance
steel. Supported by side skids made of Hardox antiwear steel and by a roller
with removable ends adjusting the working height. A front adjustable plate
allows the entry of large volumes of vegetation. Manufactured in compliance
with European standards, the PRO series is available in working widths of
180 and 210 cm. Upon request it can be supplied with an electronic control
device - a relay - to reverse the sense of rotation of the rotor.

The ideal partner in biomass crops
With the new WS BIO range, Nobili anticipates the answer to the
needs of the biomass crop sector with a highly professional and
innovative solution. The WS BIO series is in fact ideal for the shredding
of dedicated biomass crops such as Arundo Donax, Pani-
cum, Miscanthus and fibre sorghum. Tractor mounted machi-
ne - fitted on the front three-point linkage or on the rear
linkage of reverse drive tractors- the WS BIO is suppor-
ted by a roller adjusting the working height. Equipped
also with a flattening frame and a movable front hood
with roller - both hydraulically adjustable - favouring
the introduction of the still standing canes in-

three rows in one pass
Extremely innovative design, the new trailed
pneumatic sprayers Nobili VENTIS with over-row
spray heads OTF and OTF-F, have been specifically
conceived for treating simultaneously 3
rows in one single pass in vineyards. The heart
of the VENTIS sprayers is an aluminium twinturbine
of latest generation, which ensures an air
flow speed of 120 m/s to the spray-heads.
This speed creates a fine micronisation and an
even distribution of chemical product over the
vegetation with low water volumes. Thanks to
the electro-hydraulic control unit - located inside
the tractor cabin - the VENTIS can adapt both in
width and in height to the vineyard planting system, optimizing its configu-
ration according to each vineyard structure.
At the same time the rear chassis can be compacted while steering and
by transport on roads. Suitable for tractors between 70 and 110 HP, the
VENTIS sprayers with the new over-row spray-heads are available with
tanks of 1000 and 1500 litres; a steering drawbar to make easier the
turning manoeuvres in headlands can be also fitted.

Dal 30 marzo al 1 aprile scorso la Nobili ha partecipato con
un proprio spazio espositivo ad Agriumbria, la nota manifestazione
dedicata all’agricoltura che ogni anno si svolge
a Bastia Umbra (PG). Nell’occasione la Nobili ha voluto
puntare i riflettori, in particolare, sull’irrorazione a basso
volume con la presentazione per la prima volta in Umbria
della serie di atomizzatori Ventis e delle trince SDS.

Il marchio Nobili partner e sponsor del primo Workshop mondiale
sulla Meccanizzazione Viticola e Qualità dell’Uva e del Vino, che
si è svolto a Piacenza dal 27 al 29 giugno presso la Facoltà di
Agraria dell’Università del Sacro Cuore.
Nobili ha preso parte all’evento con il proprio stand e con alcune
delle attrezzature specialistiche della propria produzione, alle
quali sono state riservate le prove nei vigneti della Facoltà. Il
convegno ha riunito ricercatori provenienti da tutto il mondo ed
interessati alla meccanizzazione di tutte le tecniche di impianto e
gestione del vigneto, ma anche numerosi agricoltori della provincia
di Piacenza e dell’Oltrepò Pavese.
The Nobili brand, partner and sponsor of the first world Workshop
on Vineyard Mechanization and Grape and Wine Quality,
which was held in Piacenza from 27 to 29 June at the Faculty
of Agriculture by Sacro Cuore University. Nobili took part in the
event with its own stand and with some of the specialized machines
of its own production, which were tested in the vineyards of
the Faculty. The conference gathered researchers from all over
the world and all interested in the mechanization of planting techniques
and vineyard management, but also many farmers from
the province of Piacenza and Oltrepò Pavese.
From 30 March to 1 April Nobili took part with its own stand
at Agriumbria, the well-known exhibition dedicated to agriculture
that is held every year at Bastia Umbra (PG). On
that occasion Nobili wanted to focus the attention mostly on
low volume spraying introducing – for the first time in Umbria
region –the Ventis sprayers and the SDS shredders.

La cornice dell’azienda Condè ha certamente contribuito
alla riuscita di enovitis in Campo 2012, svolta a
Fiumana di Predappio nel mese di giugno. Tra i suggestivi
filari dell’azienda vitivinicola romagnola i numerosi
visitatori hanno mostrato un grande interesse ed apprezzamento
per il lavoro svolto dalle attrezzature Nobili,
sia per quanto riguarda le trince, con i modelli SDS
e VKD con interfila, che per gli atomizzatori. Grande
curiosità è stata suscitata anche dalla trincia TRP-RT
con raccoglitore per i sarmenti di potatura.
The location of the Condé firm has certainly contributed
to the success of Enovitis in Campo 2012 (Enotivis on
Field), held in Fiumana di Predappio in June. Among
the charming rows of the winemaking firm from Romagna
region, the many visitors showed a great interest
and appreciation for the work done by the Nobili machines,
both with regard to the mulchers with the models
SDS and VKD with inter-row disc and to the sprayers.
Great curiosity has been aroused also by the TRP-RT
mulcher with pruning collecting system.
ferrara - Prove nel frutteto
Nel mese di luglio, presso l’Azienda agricola Bonaccorsi nel ferrarese,
si sono tenute alcune prove delle attrezzature Nobili specializzate
per il frutteto, a conclusione di una visita di agricoltori e tecnici
provenienti dal Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto ed Emilia-Romagna. Tra
le macchine in prova gli atomizzatori Ventis, il Geo 90-1500 T, la
trincia BE 16 ed il prototipo della VSS, un’attrezzatura di sicuro interesse
per gli impianti frutticoli. In esposizione, inoltre, tutta la gamma
delle attrezzature Nobili specializzate per la frutticoltura.
In the month of July at the Bonaccorsi farm in Ferrara area took
place some tests with Nobili machines specific for orchards at
the end of a visit of farmers and technicians from the regions of
Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Emilia-Romagna. Among the
machines under test, the Ventis sprayers, the Geo 90-1500 T,
the BE 16 mulcher and the prototype of the VSS, a machine of
sure interest for orchard installations. The whole range of Nobili
machines specialized for orchards were also exhibited.

50 anni alla nobili
mario rossi, una vita da pioniere
Il mese di marzo per la Nobili è
iniziato con una ricorrenza particolare:
il 1 marzo 2012 si è
compiuto, infatti, l’anniversario
dei 50 anni alla Nobili del signor
Mario Rossi, oggi presidente
e titolare della società
bolognese. Un anniversario
caratterizzato da inaspettate sorprese
per l’interessato, che, già dal
primo mattino, sfogliando “Il Resto
del Carlino”, ha trovato un ampio
servizio dedicato alla sua storia che
ebbe inizio il 1 marzo 1962, quando
si recò per il suo primo giorno di lavoro alla Nobili.
Ma le sorprese erano appena iniziate; nell’area esterna
dell’azienda - ignaro di quanto preparato dai familiari e da
tutto il team aziendale - Rossi si è trovato protagonista di
una festa organizzata con tutti i dipendenti (attuali e pensionati),
amici, vecchi colleghi e personalità di Molinella.
Con un’accoglienza trionfale al suono della banda, Mario
Rossi ha poi ricevuto una targa di ricordo e di riconoscenza
per il suo grandissimo impegno rivolto all’azienda.
Per la Nobili Mario Rossi rappresenta il grande regista
delle importanti sfide che l’azienda ha affrontato in questi
50 anni e che hanno permesso di ottenere risultati sempre
crescenti e in un processo di costante miglioramento.
Nel corso della sua carriera da imprenditore Mario Rossi
ha ricevuto tanti riconoscimenti. Tra i più recenti, nel
2009, la Medaglia di Cavaliere al Merito Agricolo dal
Ministero dell’Agricoltura francese, premio che raramente
viene assegnato ad aziende straniere e che rappresenta
un importante riconoscimento alla capacità e
alla professionalità della Nobili nel gestire i rapporti con
la realtà agricola del paese d’oltralpe.
Più di recente gli è stato conferito anche il “Premio per
l’impegno imprenditoriale e per il progresso economico
- anno 2011”, attribuito dalla C.C.I.A.A. di Bologna
alla Nobili per avere contribuito da oltre 50 anni, con dedizione
e capacità di innovare, allo sviluppo economico
della provincia di Bologna.

The month of
March for the
Nobili company
started with a special
occasion: actually on 1st March 2012 it
was celebrated the 50th Anniversary within the
Nobili company of Mr. Mario Rossi, now Chairman and
Owner of the company located in the Bologna province.
An anniversary full of unexpected surprises for the Chairman
himself: from the first morning - by reading through the newspaper
“Il Resto del Carlino” - he found a detailed press report dedicated
to his story within the company, a story that begun on 1st
March 1962 when he went to Nobili for his first day of work at the
company. But the surprises had just started. Unaware of what
had been prepared in the outdoor area of the company by his
family and all the team of people working in the company, Mr.
Rossi found himself the protagonist of a party organized with all
employees (current and retired), friends, old colleagues as well
as public figures of Molinella town.
With a triumphal welcome at the sound of the band, Mario Rossi
received a plaque of remembrance and gratitude for his great
commitment towards the company. Mario Rossi represents to
Nobili the great director of the important challenges faced by the
company in the past 50 years, which have led to ever-increasing
results in a process of constant improvement. Mario Rossi has
received many awards during his professional career.
One of the most recent in 2009, the Medal of Knight to Agricultural
Merit by the French Ministry of Agriculture: an award
that is rarely given to foreign companies and represents an important
acknowledgement to the skills and professionalism of the
Nobili company in managing the relationship with the agricultural
reality of the country beyond the Alps.
More recently, he was given the “Award for business commitment
and economic progress - Year 2011”, awarded to the
Nobili company by the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna for
having contributed with dedication and innovation skill for over
50 years to the economic development of the Bologna province.

Nel 2012 la Nobili ha festeggiato un’altra importante ricorrenza
aziendale, i 25 anni di collaborazione con Kuhn. Un traguardo
importante per una collaborazione iniziata nel 1986 con le
attrezzature per la trinciatura dei residui sul terreno e che prosegue
tuttora anche con l’inserimento delle irroratrici per i trattamenti
antiparassitari nei vigneti e nei frutteti.
La celebrazione dell’anniversario è avvenuta in gennaio a Molinella,
con la visita di una delegazione del direttorio della società
francese, guidata dal presidente Michel Siebert, e con il reciproco
scambio di opere realizzate per la particolare occasione
da artisti contemporanei. “Tra Nobili e Kuhn - ha commentato
Mario Rossi - si è instaurato un rapporto efficace e pienamente
riuscito, basato sulle sinergie fra le due società, sulla professionalità
e soprattutto sulla stima che la Nobili è riuscita a guadagnarsi
nel corso degli anni”.
La Nobili ha dimostrato di saper gestire in modo davvero eccellente
i rapporti con il partner francese, generando nel corso
degli anni una collaborazione proficua, in grado di precorrere i
tempi e di fornire importanti input al mondo agricolo.

In 2012 Nobili has celebrated another important anniversary,
the 25-year collaboration with the Kuhn Company. An important
goal for a collaboration that began in 1986 with the machines
for shredding crop residues and is still continuing with the introduction
of sprayers for pesticide treatments in vineyards and
orchards. The anniversary celebration took place in January in
Molinella with the visit of the Executive Board delegation of the
French company - headed by the Chairman Mr. Michel Siebert
- and with the mutual exchange of works created by contemporary
artists for the special event. “Between Nobili and Kuhn
- said Mario Rossi – it has been established an effective and
successful relationship based on synergies between our two
companies, on professionalism and above all on the esteem
that Nobili has been able to earn throughout the years”. Nobili
