4.1 Operating conditions
denirug ® heavy-duty supports are not explosion protected
and are operated in the following ambient conditions:
– ambient temperature according to information
on the data sheet;
– normal atmosphere (no oil or gas atmospheres,
no corrosive atmospheric components).
There is no guarantee that the support will function properly
if used in temperatures below or above those specifi ed.
In certain conditions, static build-up can occur when using
denirug ® heavy-duty supports. In environments with explosion
risks, the appropriate regulations for components used
in such environments must be taken into account.
4.2 Maintenance
denirug ® heavy-duty supports require no maintenance
and no lubrication must be applied at all.

4.3 Servicing

denirug ® heavy-duty supports should be looked at and
checked that they operate smoothly at regular intervals,
e.g. at the regular maintenance dates.
Jolting belts are probably the result of soiling. Loose particles
can be removed by careful air cleaning. Dirt that has stuck
can be removed with standard, mild cleaning agents.
If damage has occurred, or there are clear signs of wear
and tear, denirug ® elements must be exchanged. In the
case of denirug ® modules, the roller elements on the inside
(middle unit) can be completely exchanged.
