A simple & healthy “hummusy”* spread / dip Mix in a blender, on high, until smooth: 2 Cups water 1 Cup raw sunflower seeds 1 Cup brown sesame seeds 1 medium raw zucchini and / or yellow squash (peeled, unless organic) 1 ½ tsp. salt (Himalayan pink is recommended) For preferred saltiness and consistency, adjust the salt and water measurements, respectively. * If tolerated by tummies, you can add some usual “hummus yummies” – such as garbanzo beans
