University Preparatory High School Program<br />
Flour Bluff I.S.D. offers an Early College High School Program, called the University<br />
Preparatory High School Program, whereby students may earn up to 60 college credit<br />
hours while completing high school. <strong>Student</strong>s may apply to the program while in 8 th<br />
grade. <strong>Student</strong>s are evaluated for eligibility. The program is conducted through Flour<br />
Bluff High School and Texas A & M University—Corpus Christi and has rigorous<br />
curriculum and attendance expectations.<br />
Use of Technology<br />
All students must return signature pages, located in the back of the District <strong>Handbook</strong>,<br />
regarding use of technology prior to being allowed to use mobile devices during classes.<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s must follow all technology guidelines or face disciplinary action.<br />
Visitors<br />
Visitors must sign in and obtain a visitor ID badge at the main office before taking care<br />
of business. To ensure the safety of our students, it is imperative that administration<br />
be aware of who is on campus<br />
