and joint movements. Each session concludes with<br />

deep relaxation and a short meditation. Suitable<br />

for complete beginners. Please note that this<br />

mind, so difficult to free it from thoughts and so<br />

difficult to relax! We should just do it – few simple<br />

steps with guidance and instructions should start<br />

you off on a wonderful journey of joy. In today’s<br />

world where stress catches on faster than the eye<br />

can see or the mind can perceive, meditation is no<br />

more a luxury. It is a necessity. To be unconditionally<br />

happy and to have peace of mind, we need to tap<br />

into the power of meditation.<br />

Meditation is a spiritual discipline and the purpose<br />

of meditation is to discover our true selves. The<br />

process helps to eliminate mental stress, tension,<br />

anxiety and much more. You will experience a<br />

great sense of peace, tranquillity and relaxation<br />

within through a variety of techniques taught in<br />

the class.<br />
