Single-ring Supports
We use these to contain
smaller herbaceous plants
that have a tendency to flop.
The XL single-ring support
incorporates a grid top. It is
ideal for lofty perennials up
to 2m tall, to prevent their
stems from collapsing.
These supports will
elegantly contain peonies or
any herbaceous clump with
a tendency to flop – we use
both tall and regular for
well-established peonies –
as well as clumps of
agapanthus, alstroemerias,
campanulas and smaller
asters.
Wind and rain can quickly
spoil the late summer glory
of asters, and other tall
perennials. Our largest
herbaceous plant supports
give enough support for
even the tallest stems and
hold the flower heads
upright.

Our range of fabulous
supports for standard roses
are designed for modern,
full, shrub or weeping
standard; whether newly
planted or already
established. We can deliver
them in any height, in one or
two pieces, and the branch
supports can be either
welded rings or steel wire.
Standard roses are a great
way to create height. They
make excellent centrepieces
for small gardens, producing
a decorative and formal
effect. In a large bed a group
of three or four planted
together look most
impressive; or plant two
rows of standards on either
side of a garden path.
Our plant supports are
made by hand in Sheffield
and delivery is normally
within 3 weeks for bespoke
work.They are made from
solid mild steel and joints
are double-welded for
strength. All our designs are
topped with steel balls for
decoration and safety. They
will not bend or break and
