The Omegan
Goals of the Shadow Que Program
1. Track the participation of newly initiated brothers
2. Teach new members how to be accountable to their Omega oath.
3. Develop and train brothers for leadership in their chapter and
beyond.
4. Ensure brothers become fully knowledgeable of the fraternity’s
committees and committee functions.
5. Learn from the perspective of fully financial and active brother.
6. Understand the roles within the local, District and National levels
of the fraternity.
7. To strengthen the bond of brotherhood within chapters and
ultimately in our fraternity.
8. To brothers keep a direct line of communication with the
Retention Chairman of their chapter and the Basileus regarding
participation in the fraternity.
Currently, Corridor 3 is serving as
the testing ground for this program.
If successful, the program will be
rolled out throughout the entire
Second District. The ultimate goal
is for the Shadow Que program to
become a national level program
for all undergraduate and graduate
chapters.
All financial brothers, regardless of
age are encouraged to participate.
If you are interested, please
submit your name to you chapter
Reclamation Chair. Once we have
identified the brothers that wish to
be shadowed, we will match them
with the newly initiated brothers
that will shadow them. If you have

years. If we implement “Shadow
Que” properly, the program will
be a strong source in keeping
Omega first among all Greek letter
organizations.

We as a brotherhood must take an
aggressive stand to make sure that
our Omega Psi Phi Fraternity will
last another 100 years. Participants
of “Shadow Que” will restore the
