28 Ordinary Congress agenda<br />
1.<br />
The Secretary General shall draw up the agenda based on proposals from the<br />
Council and the member associations. Any proposal that a member association<br />
wishes to submit to the Congress shall be sent to the general secretariat in<br />
writing, with a brief explanation, at least two months before the date of the<br />
Congress.<br />
2.<br />
The Congress agenda shall include the following mandatory items:<br />
a) a declaration that the Congress has been convened and composed in<br />
compliance with the Statutes;<br />
b) approval of the agenda;<br />
c) an address by the President;<br />
d) appointment of five member associations to check the minutes;<br />
e) appointment of scrutineers;<br />
f) suspension or expulsion of a member association (if applicable);<br />
g) approval of the minutes of the preceding Congress;<br />
h) activity report (containing the activities since the last Congress);<br />
i) report from the Audit and Compliance Committee;<br />
j) presentation of the annual audited financial statements, including the<br />
consolidated financial statements and the annual report as well as the<br />
auditors’ reports;<br />
k) approval of the annual audited financial statements, including the<br />
consolidated financial statements and the annual report;<br />
l) approval of the budget;<br />
m) admission for membership (if applicable);
